Off the rails - the tale of two epic rail journeys
Off the rails is the account of two epic rail journeys across Canada and north eastern USA. The first journey heads from east to west, starting in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and ending in Vancouver, British Columbia. The second journey heads from west to east, starting in Vancouver and ending in Boston, Massachusetts. Both journeys are supplemented with additional visits to Toronto and New York in subsequent years. This book will take you through the sights, sounds, feelings and experiences of undertaking such monumental journeys, which helped to fulfil ambitions of the author, and inspire you to experience more of the world in which we live.
